Default Will it void my warrenty?

I have got a little problem. I only have a Injen CAI and Turbo XS RFL BOV on my car. In the next few weeks I plan to purchase a Invidia V3 downpipe and either the HKS carbon Ti or Greddy Evo2 exhaust, I am worried about boost creep. Do you think that getting my wastegate ported will void my warrenty because its altering the turbo, or do i buy a aftermarket wastegate(will it void my warrenty also) I dont know what to do, A little help here please!

Just curious if you tried searching. In the FAQ section there is this thread in the sticky.
