I share your pain man... my 05 RS has been in the shop for 1 n a half weeks now and its killing me! It is there just waiting for its new Rear DIfferential to come in... Apparently the gears in my differential had the majority of the teeth cracked in half which explains the constant clunk while i was driving.
And the Subaru dealership told me that since its the holidays it'll take us 2 weeks to get a new differential in, Only words that came to my mind at that current moment was " Sh*t!" and "Fu*k" and "*****"

Hopefully I'll get my baby back before friday and get to put my new coilovers on! Its killing me just waiting to get my car back!!!!.

YOu got lucky man you got the whole package! Good luck with that.

Very sorry to hear about ure trouble. Honestly man it makes u really regret dealing with a company. Especially when u have shown amazing patience. To me though the only person loosing is the dealership and the brand. Trust me if a true oriented business cant value one customer...then they are headed a very wrong direction. I am a huge car enthousiast, and honestly with what happened i actually considered trading my used STi for a brand new one, pay a crap load more and at least have a peace of mind. But the only thing holding me back is the brand. I hate subaru...but i love the car. Unfortunatly u cant own a car like the sti without having some sort of support from the dealership or brand, especially if ure used to pampering the vehicle. So my resolution is to enjoy the sti while i have it, and sell it in a year or so, then never again dealing with this company. Subaru doesnt get it that there are many other cars available that directly compete with every one of their vehicles, push a customer far enough and he will pay slightly more or less for the competitor. I really hope no one out there has to deal with such situations with an investment of 37k
