Under 9000 miles and you have strut problems?! Maybe I should turn down my stereo and listen for the strut clunk before I hit 36000 mi. LOL!

I wasn't making fun, just amazed they would go that fast. Good luck with everything.

And as I said before, then you get a lawyer and sue them! Also call SOA and get them to back you. This is a dealership by dealership thing, not SOA! Although we all know the clutch is a "Sticky" point to contend. It is one of the weaker areas on the car that will show abuse quickly! It is still improbable a TBE caused clutch failure! I know our local dealers and SOA reps here in Maryland have said you get the first clutch free, after that you pay warantee or not!

Good luck!

damn, well here is my story.. my dealership( rafferty) is suppose to be a hard ass about things.. i am 17.. dress nice all the time etc etc.. but if you see a 17 year old with a car.. they will deny you no question.. maybe have my dad drive it in? can i have other dealerships other than the one i bought it from work on the car? it is 462 dollars for them to just look at the clutch if it is not covered by warranty!!!!!

the stereo type with kids and high powered sports cars = abuse

I'd ask your dad to drive it in for you.
