Default should warranty cover services?

i'm about to buy an '04 black sti with 33K miles on it. he's asking for 27K$,

does warranty cover servicing (since it hasn't had its 30K mile service.)?

If you own the car, YOU have to pay for all the regular maintenance. Now, since you don't own the car yet, you can negotiate with the dealer for the 30K service.
But, isn't another thread open for the same question...?

That would just be silly for them to cover normal PM and servicing...Work a deal to buy the car and they might throw it in for the first time...
