Its just a noise. nothing bad will happen. no matter how loud the clunk is. Don't worry, your struts wont fall out of the car. just a noise.

roads near me arent bad...they are smooth for th most part atleast on my regular routes and this methods been working for me...the noise doesnt go away completely its there in very low speed situations like when i drive on my street, 2nd gear in crawl mode...we have tons of kids out playing...thats pretty much all when I hear the clunking. But My car is braced up a lot so it maybe heling with the issue some how

05 Sti with 62 000 KM clunking has begun. At first i though maybe it was the rear spoiler that was loose. Now i know what to do. Another member joining the club..

I dont know how much snow you get there but up here its a lot and the salt plus adjustable perches dont mix too well lol

I would skip Teins, ppl will flame for this but my opinion is low of Teins, any make/model any product of Tein I have riden in has been uncomfortable. This is only for springs not coil overs infact not too long ago I gave away my stockers to a local guy so he could take out the teins in his car. I drove that car and man was it ever uncomfortable.

TiC units are built by AST cant go wrong with those.

I dropped mine off at the dealer today to let them take a look and listen, but I am definitely getting an extra settling of the car when I come to a stop. after I stop, and the weight transfers to the back, it settles like it should, then drops another 1/2 inch. At least this is what it feels like.

Stiction, inherent feature of inverted cartridges...it must kinda feel like the rear struts release a tad when u stop
