This should help. It's located right on top of your intake box.

You could also simply unplug the MAF sensor and try to start the car, if it starts and idles ok, it's almost certan that the MAF is the cause. Keep in mind it will be in limp home mode with the sensor unplugged which will flash your check engine light.

Hey man didn't know you were having so many problems with the new ride, you know you can ask for help whenever. I've got a tactrix cable if you wanna log it, and I can look and tell you what the previous owner(s) touched and what they haven't.

just dropped it off at the dealer. i'll chime in with updates. they were nice enough to give me a loaner so at least i not afoot... even if it is a chevy lumina lol!
