IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2008 Trader Rating: (0) |  04 sti wierd noise coming from engine bay near turbo i have an 04 sti with 17,000 miles and recently ive noticed that when i get on the car it sounds like boost is being released straight into the engine bay and it makes a loud swoosh sound that is totally different than the normal turbo whine. i was just wondering if anyone had any idea what could be wrong and help me out, by the way im new to this seeing as i just purchased my STi in july i took a video with the sound heres the link Video - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting windows are up by the way This ad is not endorsed by this member.
