Default Seats Covered?

So I'm a big guy and recently during a 14 hour drive I noticed that the left "wing" (for lack of a better word) on the butt cushion left side of the drivers seat was starting to hurt my leg.

Well what seems to have happened is the padding fell down or was rubbed down and now its just the metal frame pushing at the fabric (which I'm sure will ware through sooner or later) and then into my leg.

My question is do you guys think this may be covered? I personally think the seat should last more than 34k miles before it wears out. (I'm at 35.5k right now so I need to so something really soon).

Also, has this happened to anyone else or is this cause i'm fat/freak accident.

I don't know, how fat are you?

If it's not actually worn through, you may have a hard time getting them to warranty it. But you can always ask. Worst thing they can do is say no right?

Also the Rep may have to authorize the cushion/seat cover as well.
