Unhappy Clicking and whine out of engine

I have an 2004 Sti and i have some problems. i bought the car with 62000 miles on it and have put on about 5000. I installed a Turbonetics Raptor BOV. The first is my BOV doesn't sound right. It juz has a low boost blow off even when in high rpms. the low sound sounds like when u let off right at boost although mine does it even at high rpms. ive adjusted it every way u could imagine. Second for the last two months ive have a strange knock from enigine bay. It only really happens in 5th and 6th gear at low RPMs. it almost sound like a broken motor mount the way it clanks but checked everything and its tight. Last every things gotten worse and now i have i clicking and whine when i drive it now. it clicks right before i hit boost the gets louder and whine then at high boost it goes away. Sorry guys i know its allot at one time but id appecate the help alot before i blow $110 an hour at Suby. Thanx all

agree, get rid of that BOV.

go to a local subaru specialty shop and have an experienced subie mechanic listen to the noises in person. dont know where you are since its not in your profile, so i cant recommend anyone nearby
