Default Going to the dealership...Warrantee Problems?

This may have already been discussed many times but I did a few searches and found nothing.
I have a full TBE and an Accessport Map flashed on my ECU and I plan on going to the dealership for my 3750 mile checkup and service. Car was purchased outright, so payments in the future and not planning on turning it back in.
Two Questions:
Am I correct in assuming I have voided my warrantee?
If it is gone, will they refuse to do the oil change and service?
Any help would be great,
Brian

I'm sorry if this is a repost, I would assume someone would have brought this up before, but I could find anything in searches.

Hi,

Check out this sticky! Will installing it void my warranty?

And they shouldn't refuse to do normal service, such as oil changes, 15k-30k services, etc. They have to determine that the part or parts that you have put on your car has caused the problem that needs to be warranted.

Search your local dealers and try to find one that is mod friendly. They are rare, but they do exist.

You have not voided your warranty. The modifications you have done may void warranty repairs to specific parts that modification caused the failure.

Modifications do not affect you getting service work done. We have done work on a buddy of mine's STI that makes 450+awhp. It makes no difference to some of us, but I know some dealers won't change your oil if you are supplying the oil.

Your checkup and oil change aren't "free as part of warranty" anyway... you have to pay for that service regardless.

If something in your engine or drivetrain breaks, and they know you downpiped and flashed the car, you will likely be paying for the repairs out of your pocket.
