| Amateur STI Driver | So ive had some problems with my car, leaving out the specifics, subaru has had the car for 1 month 21 days trying to ifnd the problem and has replaced the entire back half of the drive train and have yet to find the problem and continue to (seemingly) blindly replace things hoping they will find the problem, and at this point i would rather them just buy the car off me as it has left me stranded twice after they "fixed it" and i dont trust it anymore. anyways, what i need help with is i have never had a dealer have to buy a car out off me beause they cannot seem to fix it, ive had contact with SOA the whole time, i am talking to the right guy to handle it, but i dont really know what to ask for or know what i should be getting and i was looking for some help here. any help is appreciated, This ad is not endorsed by this member. Also look up the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act. There will be certain criteria that will need to be met (maintenance, miles, time, etc.) Generally, for the Lemon Law, the manufacturer will have x number of times to fix the problem (in PA I think it is 3 or 4) before the car can be tagged as a Lemon and sold back to the dealer. Here are a few links that might help...
