If my 45.5 or 45.4 would have counted I would have gotten 1st in pax. I ended up in 4th in pax with the 46.4 | |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (21) | ^ yep. I totalled 6 cones for the day. None on my first run, 1 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd and then 1 for the 4th and 1 for the 5th... durn cones! I believe all the cones I hit were with the back end on exit... probably why I was pretty surprised to find that I coned 4/5 runs. Oh, and I disconnected my RSB after my 2nd run. I liked the change, the rear inside lifting was cured |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (21) | ^ heh, I suppose so. It was a real fun event regardless of whether or not I threw it away because of aggression. The car felt good and the course design was fun. Plus I learned some stuff. Anyway, I have a protune on thursday and will have a 110 tune for competition. I look forward to sunday to test that out. |

Losing due to a cone is better than losing because you didnt try your best. Clean up that driving and you will get 'em next time! BTW, your car seemed to turn in well without much of the classic push we have. Nice set up. BTW2, how well do those tires fit your rear fender? |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (21) | Thanks mxpop, the turn in is razor sharp right now, thanks to the HUGE 32mm fsb and 600/500 spring setup. It is pretty well balanced right now and I sure liked the feel of it today. The rear end is a problem area with the 275's but I didnt rub today, even when I disconnected the rear sway bar. You just have to get it high enough in the air and enough camber. I am at about 14.0 and 14.0 or perhaps just a tick higher in the rear. I am running about -1.5 to -1.75 from what I can tell by eye ballin it out back, that helps it tuck in. |

And BTW, you can get a digital angle finder from Harbor Freight for about $30 that helps with trackside camber checks etc. I use mine to verify that nothing has shifted or got tweaked while at the track.
