IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | This is a Motor Trend Video of a comparison of the 2 cars... http://youtube.com/watch?v=tN1eqbOpHxA I test drove both and chose the STI Limited...More low end torque, a better interior, and 5 grand less! | Amateur STI Driver | Limited or not, I don't even like the '07s. Don't they have some kind of ECU problems or something? That narrator didn't sound very enthusiastic at all. |

| Professional STI Racer | yeah, boring. The best part was when they were revving. the subie sounds SOOO much better. reminds me of the edmunds review when the described the exhaust note as sounding like a vacuum thats sucked up a sock...fairly accurate. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | No ECU problems on my 07 limited...I plan to go Stage 1 soon. Oh, the 06 Evo MR is exactly like 06Stizzle describes when driving it... I was a hardcore Mitsubishi Guy that had a Eclipse GSX...The POS Mitsu went the 2 4G63 motors, 2 turbos, and a transmission. Crankwalk suxs for sure... Yeah, this video makes me yawn, but I'm still glad that I purchased a STI Limited and not the EVO IX MR... |

IWSTI Addict since: Jan 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | I love them both. I had a hard up salesman let me drive them fast (100+) on back roads - back to back since they sell both. For me I like the STI's interior better. It does not look cobbed together like the EVO. But the back seat in the EVO had more room for the baby seat. Honestly, I liked driving the EVO better. It was a bit more thrilling. The comination of sounds and feel is pretty nice right out of the factory. It had a stiffer and bouncy ride going slow however. In the end I decided........drum role........ I was too poor for either and stuck with my forester xt for a while more. I would take either STI or EVO they are both very cool. |

| STI Driver | He called it "heavy and sluggish" wtf? They should have used a regular sti instead of the heavier limited thats their fault. The MR is way overpriced also imo. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Hey, no need to dis the limited...Maybe they should have used the I/C sprayer in that socal heat... Plenty of other video comparisons test the regular STI and the EVO...I was just stoked to see a limited tested this year. This ad is not endorsed by this member.
