IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (2) | Hey guys, installed my turboxs 4" dp and catless stealthback yesterday. my magnaflow muffler is coming in tomorrow and i am fabbing up some pipe for an axelback. i just wanted to get a few scenes of my car being THIS LOUD while it is strait piped. the vids are below. COBB STAGE 2 IS AWESOME!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSqUJXirH_s ---Outside the car http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NmiEnfc0_o ---Inside the car what do you guys think of strait-piping. i love the sound but there are some ranges of rpm's that i don't like but overall great power. also, do you guys think i will gain power when i hook up the axelback with the magnaflow race muffler??? thanks This ad is not endorsed by this member. IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (2) | yeah i'm with you on the daily driver. i drove home today(40 miles of interstate) and i can put up with a lot of noisy stuff but let me tell you. i couldn't hear myself yell...and i had the biggest effin headache of my life when i got home. i would def like this setup for the racetrack though. it actually reminds me of some suby racecars i have heard and the rally car at some points (i wish) anyways! i love stage 2! and did you guys happen to catch my CHIRP in second gear??? and that was with my 300lb friend in the passenger seat!!!! i never thought i would chirp and i wasn't even trying to shift hard! power delivery is SOOOOO much smoother and a lot more UMPHHH! |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Nah, I say keep it straight piped. When a cop pulls you over, pull out your helmet and say a section of the wrc course was closed due to some cows. BTW, I freakin love the "WRC look" your car has. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (2) | that's hilarious!!! thanks for the compliment man!!! i guess you noticed the open fields and i can even smell the minoor(cow **** spelled wrong) through the video. they use it for fertilizer on everything and my buddy lives in the worst smelling town on the planet!!! and it is wayyy tooooo loud for me as my DD. or let me rephrase that, i don't mint it but everyone else does! and in my neighborhood of condos, you are not even allowed to have a motorcycle...much less a loud ass car!!! but i said FU** you to both those rules |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2007 Trader Rating: (2) | when i put the magnaflow race muffler on with the axelback... will it be as loud as it is now? i mean i know it is a muffler but it is a strai-through race design so there is not any restriction at all. will it lower or settle the sound a little? thanks |
