Depends, some EM systems car pull ign. timming creating a preturbo explosion which will spool the turbo. The real systems have a secondary injector system. The real problem is the strain it puts on the turbo, though some Australian people swear their turbos have lasted years with AL.

I have ign cut 2 step and flat foot shifting set up with my UTEC and it shoots 4 foot flames along with a ear-shattering BANG. Kinda cool.
