I know that Mustang dyno's give conservative power number, and I went with a conservative map, laregely because of the quality of gas available in WA. Coupled with wanting many CEL free miles on the car... However, on the subsequent drive to Lake Chelan, to meet my fam. in lake Chelan, I had a chance to really "open her up" on a long straight. The car pulls so much harder in the high rpms, and consistently, that I swear I about blew off my bike rack

IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Looks like a conservative tune. Aren't most STI dyno's done in 5th or sometimes 4th(WRX). How much does PDX charge for the dyno and the tune? Thanks |

They charged me $325, and Jarrad actually did 10 pulls on the dyno, over the course of an hour... I just edited out most of them... Dyno pulls are a bit monotonous to non-sube geeks

IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2003 Trader Rating: (0) | PDX usually starts in 2nd and then pops to 4th, super low rpms to get a full pull. You can see the car almost buck when he shifts for the pull. |
