So, you imported a USDM STi to Germany? The taxes weren't outrageous?

I'm military, stationed here. Car was brought as part of the move.

Since I have an AP, the limiter (which kicks in stock at 147mph--or ~155 indicated) is already disabled.

Yep...just waiting for a dry day at the Ring and I'll be there. It's going to make quite a difference being at stg 2 now.
