as much as I like the s204 i want to say it didnt "win" by its power, handling, but rather by the way the the vette was blocking the other two cars...

the s204 is still a sweet car

I agree, the Vette was blocking big time.....it also looked the the guy driving the Lambo was very standoffish.
Had it been a track with a longer straight, the results would have been quite different.

Also, if you watch the video toward the end, you will see the time attack results......the STi came in LAST, in fact the results were exactly opposite of the "race" finish. Still very formidable considering the field of cars though.

I dont know about that... In the straits the STi held it own by far.....

+1. If the S204 started at the back of the grid, it likely would have stayed there and finished last.

Yeah the lap times showed the STi tobe slower. Still pretty damn good, nice vid. That Vette needed a little more of a straight away.

i didn't watch the video but I know I've seen it before. In the extended version they introduce the drivers and show shots of the cars. All the other cars are weighted too. Still though not bad.

Thanks for the post, sure seems like the s204 was driven vastly better than the other drivers in the cars that should be faster.
