You can take that STi home and I'll just take the Porsche. Ok with you?

As for a straight trade, only if that Porsche's resale value is alot higher then the STI. Then I would sell it, buy another STI, use the extra cash for mod's, and pocket the rest.

Are you insane? Thier is nothing overrated about a highend model Porsche!
i love my STI but i would take a 911 turbo or a GT2 over my car anyday of the week.

LOL...who wouldn't take one for free, but dollar for dollar is its performance worth the price of a (small) house? As oppose to another car...say a built R34? In the end, if you have money to burn, then it really doesn't manner, but if you are like most people, who wants the most performance for their money, Porsche's are just not it. I'm saying this, because I have owned a few Porsche's, and the cost to get them to go faster then factory is very high.

I guess thats the nice thing about a short distance race. Because anything over the 1/4 mark the porsche is going to run away from the STi.

One thing that you also have to give credit to is that if you drive an STi, you dont even have to win to make a 100k sports car look bad. You just have to not let them get away.

i can understand to a point but where the porsche makes up for it is that they make very high horsepower straight out of the box. 480+ yes they are pricey but you dont have to do near the modding we have to do to get that power. and that 480 BHP is covered under warranty Gotta love that

It actually looked like the sti pulled away even more after they pulled well beyond the camera
