12.4's at 117!

this is my sti at the track it ran 12.4 at 117. the trap speed represents high to mid 11's but i cant catch traction in the first three gears

. watch the video after the launch i almost jump lanes and watch for the fireball second to third shift

hope u guys like it, i built the motor during the off season so she should be even faster this year 11's on the street and maybe 10's on race gas

Good launch I would say. Good recovery on the almost horrific lane change.

yea the board on the track that posts time was all messed up that night it was only showing like 2 numbers the rest was unreadable until i got the slip, and the launch is pretty good until i get out of the traction matiral they spray down then the car goes nuts

thanx guys i appreciate it ive been wondering how my launches compare. Um lets see rev up to about 6200-6300 rpm's almost dump it but just give it a little bit of slip, its hard to explain but i have it down to a science lol

Thats intresting I never launch that high. I usually launch at around 4 but I never usually do because it's not the most car friendly technique in the world. Sweet run though dude!!
