Nice vid and powerful car, however:

He got caught out understeering in that same corner every lap! Hearing tire squeel like that = overcooking it = going slower...

"Crossed up" in a suby = going slower and not knowing where your limits are.

Passing a porsche that a mini and a miata were keeping in sight is not that special...

Anyone know what that car weighs?
How much whp?
what size tires (DOT?)?
Why 350z, miata, mini etc were in his run group?
Date of video?
Lap times at SoWS, HTM, Buttonwillow, etc?
Did it use a lot of oil?......

Thanks, here are some answers to your questions.

3380 is the cars weight
500 WHP
305 Kumo 700 (DOT legal)
You would have to ask the other drivers why they entered into the advanced group.

What a great video! Tanner has a lot of control for a car that seems very "jumpy" like that STi.

Looks pretty fun, I still cant get over how aggressive TT looks, sure doesnt make me wanna go out there with my DD'er... I will stick to hpde.

About the car, what is its suspension setup like, it sure looks pretty stiff, the turn-in looks really sharp at times, and it looks very ready to oversteer... do you have toe-out in the rear or something? Just wondering what sorta bars and springs you are using and alignment.

Yes the video is from California Speedway in Fontana.

FWIW he set the fastest time of the day by a full three seconds!
