That actually took place when the EVO Vs WRX event was cancelled in NJ because of rain, they went to another track and raced. and For who does not know, that is the Fastest Manual STi in the world, Some may also know it as "Big Valley"

Incorrect. A wing increases drag coefficient. Wings and spoilers create significant drag, but they also create much needed downforce (important in road racing). It's a bit of a trade off. If set up improperly, wings and spoilers can create lift and destroy advantageous aerodynamics.

See i was under the impression that on a stock car with crappy aero, that a less aggressive wing...such as the stock sti wing, would actually smooth things out behind the car. But that is probably wrong.

Yea, I thought you guys would all know about this STI. Maybe you do, the crews name is Big Valley, They're from PR. That STI is rumored and I guess proven to put out around 753 hp( It varies I hear different hp all the time). They try to keep the setup anonymous but I'm sure its easy to figure out that they slapped on a huge turbo and are probably using nitrous. But hey who knows exactly what they got. They have plenty of more vids I can't find the one I want to show but they hit 8.9 with it before. The AMS Evo and this fat dude from Dynoflash challenge him all the time. I really like them though they're putting out more motivation for people and showinmg that they can be quarter mile cars, with the right amount of time and money that is lol
That car is crazy quick though, the smack talk is right here:
And the rest of that video is the one that's posted on this thread
These are some other of their runs
