Default Crawford Performance Guest Driver: Christian Rado

We had the great opportunity to have Christian Rado pilot our Crawford STi around Buttonwillow Raceway for a few laps. As luck may have it we had the video camera rolling when he dropped by and we caught everything on tape.

For those of you who don't know Christian Rado competes in the Pro FWD drag series, including NOPI, NDRA and NHRA. While having run many 7 seconds in various Toyota vehicles he loves speed, and the thrill of power. Driving a high horsepower track car might be a new area for him but he loves the rush you get from the power.

Low Quality (320x240): 8 megs Guest Driver: Christian Rado

High Quality (640x480): 80 megs Guest Driver: Christian Rado

We would like to thank Christian Rado for testing out the Crawford STi to see what level of punishment it can really handle.

For more information about Christian Rado: http://www.world-racing.com/

Cheers,
Crawford Performance

He sure didn't, at one point during his run we recorded on DeltaDash a maximum RPM of 9200 RPM's and note the shop STi was running on a stock STi block.

We are running Kumho V710 R-Componds. You can not get a better tire then these that are still DOT approved. The weekend Christian Rado drove it we were testing out how well the stock block can handle power. Along with testing a few other items we are about to release in the next few weeks.

The vehicle itself has the following performance modifications:
Crawford Performance CP35R Turbo Kit
Crawford Performance Air/Oil Separator
Crawford Performance Oil Cooler
I-Speed USA Programmed ECU
APS Core Front Mount Intercooler
High Flow Fuel Pump
720cc Injectors
Koyo Radiator

As for suspension setup:
Brembo front calipers and rotors
Alcon rear hats and rotors
DMS 50mm coil overs and camber plates
Whiteline lateral links
Whiteline rear sway bar
Whiteline front and rear end links
Doluk chassis stiffener interior
Doluk chassis stiffener exterior
M1 front lower chassis stiffener
M1 rear diff cover
Volk LE28N's
Harness bar
Driver seat belt

Full Interior
Defi gauges
Titianium shift knob
Short throw shifter
Alpine sterro W 6 disc changer
Focal speakers
JL amps
JL SUB

With a full interior this car rocks around the track and is still smooth enough to get groceries at the store with the wife and baby on board. Of course you have to put in the soften up the suspension, upload the 91 octane map and put street tires on for around town driving.

I believe the Victoracers refer to the V700's and V710's. I would ask a local racer if this is correct. The V700's are more of a street tread where as the V710's are very similiar to hoosiers (pure slicks) with almost no tread.
