^^ We don't need those things here since most of our roads are paved.

After seeing that video I'm definately fine without having those. I'd probably remove those things anyway just because they'd be useless for me and you could at least get a little weight reduction.

I've seen your roads in West Texas! Paved is one way of describing them. My brothers live in Dallas by the way. Weight reduction, hahahahah! Try again mate!

Would work great in the winter until they freeze closed, and you burn the motor out.

You sure about the forgies?

The pop ups are great

Thumbs up they work-

My Audi S4 had them and they worked great to get Florida bugs, dust, muddy rain water etc off. I could actually tell my HIDs getting brighter when I would wash them off while driving. I wish the STI came with or had an option to add them

The Aussie 2.5 doesn't have forged pistons either. I know a couple of people there already who have pulled down the engines for build ups and they are the same pistons as the US models.

WRX in Aust also gets HID's, yet they still cant put HID's on anything here except the STi. Legacy GT and particually the Spec B need HID's

My mom and brother both have that on their Saab Aero's...with headlight wipers as well, been around for years.

That's right, and we get the short end of the stick because of poor DOT regulations regarding lighting. Luckily in Canada, both DOT and ECE (European spec) headlamps are legal.

Those headlight washers are mandatory in Europe for all HID systems to reduce the amount of glare for oncoming drivers. Every HID headlamps system needs those washers as well as levelers to be legal. Here in North America, even though many of the luxury brands already have them, we are mostly just playing catch up .
