I used to have a 420 WHP lightning, they are quite potent! But in my opinion, if you walk it like that from a roll, don't race an STI on its turf (waste of gas). Nice race though!

Yea, he is a friend of mine so it wasn't for money or anything. He initally wanted to run a camaro but when he walked the camaro from a roll he wouldn't take the race.

He asked for a rematch, so one of these days I will probably have another video.

I suppose it was you blipping the throttle, it just sounded kind of odd. Maybe it was just the microphone on the camera getting the noise a bit off.

I have raced several from a role and killed them and I dont have all your mods. He had more than he was telling you.

I have raced several lightnings and beat everyone. They all ahd pulley upgrades, exhaust,throttlebody, and ecu work. He had to have more done. You have more done than me.

Power wise I obiviously have the headers which would give me a litte more power then you, you're making it sound like I have 400whp when you have 300whp. The only problem is the headers are untuned for. Headers and the fmic make the car a little laggy when not tuned for. There are things I could say as to of why I got beat so badly in the first race but I'd rather not sit here and make excuses. He beat me, his truck is fast, that's it. He is a buddy of mine, I know for a fact that the pully is his only mod.

Just a side note. There would have been a nice video of 05SilverSTI and a 04 evo race posted tonight but the evos engine blew lol. (he also had another flawless launch btw lol)

wait wait, if hes saying only a pulley are you talkin about SC pulley if so hes running more boost, thats a pretty big mod .

when you when from a roll did you Brake boost ?? ( hold brake while gas to keep boost up)

Yea I was upset that the car wasn't able to run, it would have been a good race.

Yes a sc pulley. No I didn't brake boost.
