IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (21) | here is my incar from earlier today: dont bash me too much for my pooooor driving in the rain - well atleast what I show in the vid is bad, the last few rain runs after the two I show in the video I clean it up A LOT. The last run in the video is from the afternoon session, it was pretty much 100% dry out, damp in a few areas though, but the line was pretty well dried. I have to mention that, although the last run was the fastest for me, I believe that run its possible my pressures increased and/or my tires (stock off the Evo) just over heated some from running them without a whole lot of cool down, I say this because I got some weird push in the turns 3-4-5, even though I was driving the same as last run OR even a bit more conservative, so anyway you will hear the push there - but I think it could be attributed to my tires pressure/over heated... I just didnt really expect it. But overall I am pretty happy with the run. http://media.putfile.com/andrew-autox-5-13-06 This ad is not endorsed by this member. | Spec C Club | On the first run you showed .. did you hit a cone? On the 2nd run .. that spin out looked fun .. I would have pressed on the gas to maybe even drift a bit more. Great run on the 3rd! Very cool vid all in all |

After understeering through that tight left corner towards the beginning of the video (I believe T2), you seemed to be a lot more conservative through there for your other runs. Ultimately, on your third run, the car didn't seem like it was understeering or oversteering through there. All in all, that was not a bad decision, since "slow in fast out" is very true, especially at an autocross. From what I saw, it looked like the understeer could have been avoided and you could have exited that corner a lot quicker if you slowed earlier and were on the gas (either even throttle or a little more aggressively through there). Sweet driving through the slalom, though. Your steering inputs are quick and smart, as if they're becoming second nature. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | yeah nice video .. loved the spin out .. i dont know if i could do autox .. to me it seams like a pain in the butt .. I say that becuase i go to the race track .. Much better when you can hit and apex .. But at least you can push your car and not get in trouble doing the autox .. Well i have to say again NICE video |
