ford GTs are a waste of money, could buy a z06 for half the price and smoke it in every category

I'd rather spend 35,000 on a Toyota Supra TT. Use the extra money for mods and probably have about 1500 RWHP

i would just rather buy a miata and put a rocket engine in it....then we would see who is boss!

I'm sure just a LS1 in a miata would work.

When I saw the race (in real life) it looked a lot more then just a couple of car lengths.

Just FYI, the car is apparently making 1000rwhp with the new twin turbo set-up.

No doubt that's impressive, but a fair number of Supras have been putting that kind of power out for quite some time. Large single turbo setups with it's 3.0 Inline 6 motor are a nice match...

I belive his car has a TH400 transmission. 3 gear tranny used for drag/street racing. Many of the high HP Supras use them. It's made by GM.....and can withstand crazy amounts of hp/tq. Much easier to launch that a 6 speed, hehe.

Mainly because I can't get over how a little 3.0 I-6 can make that kind of power, turbo or not.
