IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | This is the first video I know of me out there on the internet. I thought I would share it with you guys. Nothing special, but tell me what you think. Our race is towards the middle of a video posted on the Bimmerforums. The Bimmerforum guys seemed to think my car was slow. ![]() Bimmer vid with STi vs 350Z *right click save as* A little background: 05 STi with APS 3" TBE, OTS AP Stg 2 1.10 LWG map, Cobb SF Intake 350Z with bolt-ons and more than I know I'm sure, he says on a high dyno 290 to the wheels. This was a roll race at about 2500 rpm in second. Foot completely off the throttle at the beginning, if you watch I gave him a little bit of a jump and the benefit of doing the honking. Here's a vid of him on the same closed road vs. a BOV equipped STi, the STi was apparently stock in this vid. Another vid with the same 350Z running another STi This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

I have never seen a guy make the most of what he had, beating M3's quite easily. He does not have anything special if I remember toyo tires, intake, exhaust, plenum, tilton clutch which I think he hates. Once again great job, not many people have beaten Sakred. |

He reminds me of the good ol' days in my Civic Si, when I would have random people talking to my friends about some mythical Si driver, only to find out they were talking about me. In the Si I knew the limits and I knew them well because it was easy to get to them. I can only hope to continue to the level of comfort in my STi that Sakred/Hammad has in his Z and I once had in my Si. P.S. Yes a good driver does count as a mod, put me in any of my friends cars and I am almost positive it will be faster | |
