The Tilton clutch/flywheel package is what's allowing the Z to rev that fast...

Question, what if the BOV was a Hybrid 50/50 on stage 2 car...

Didnt it seem like the STI in the second vid was shifting pretty quickly...seemed like he was shifting early to me

I would assume it wouldn't be as much of a problem but still not ideal. If you want the pssshhhht noise, just get a reputable intake until you can get more mods and make use of a better BOV. My Cobb intake makes the sound loud and clear, and while not as refined as some of the nicer BOV's, it still adds to the sound of the car in a good way. Plus with the stock BPV I don't shoot those monstrous fireballs I see coming out of the other catless STi's running BOV's, which are a good indicator there is a lot of fuel on the way out. They are cool to look at, but if any popo sees it, especially CHP, you might as well pop the hood while you throw the keys on the dash and prepare to bend over on the side of the road.
