Default my dyno run

this is a short clip of my tuning session with Doug from TopSpeed. my car made 278whp/322wtq on 91oct. my biggest restriction was my exhaust because all i had were a Helix catless DP mated to a stock mipipe/Genome axleback (2.5inch "catback").

^^^ I'd say high 200's low 300's with a 3" midpipe, the stock one sucks with the donut taper to a 2.5" which causes a lot of turbulence. You should just look for a 3" midpipe that tapers to 2.5" like a TurboXS style midpipe or find a used midpipe such as cobb that will fit you application since the Genome axleback is awesome. Opposed to what others say, a smooth taper toward the end of your system doesn't cause enough restirction to robb you of HP on stock turbo application with HP ratings below 350 hp. The 91 octance and Cal. elevation are causing for lower HP as well. You should have gotten a map for 100oct or c16 which would have gotten you some awesome numbers. Good numbers for the application though good luck with it, post some numbers for the track if you get them!

thanks for the replies guys, the vid doesn't do the Genome exhaust justice. Doug himself said that the sound of the Genome was just awesome, he's never heard any exhaust that sounds like it. what do you guys think of the Maddad midpipe? quality?
