Default Video of my Gauge cluster malfunctioning

Here is the link to the original thread My gauge cluster malfunctioned (tachometer & speedometer) & here is the link to the video http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...85376549426425. Note how slow the needle sweep is and that it automatically jumps to 6k RPM's at idle.

The engine sounds that way because it was pretty cold that morning and I just started it up plus the video was taken with my digital camera. They fixed the problem under warranty.

My STI Sounds way Louder then that, had no problems with it being loud, until i switched to synthetic... Now it sounds like the lifters are gonna blow !!! I took it to a meet, a few guys listened, no one said they herd anything that sounded bad... but it never sounded This loud, before the oil change that subaru did to switch to synthetic.

They didn't replace the gauges they just reset/clabriated them. The manager at the dealership said they need to call up some Subaru Tech line. The weirdest thing was driving on the highway to the dealership my gauges read 9k RPM's and 160+ MPH.

Hahahaha, would have been a good opportunity to show everyone how fast the STi really is.
Glad you got it fixed
