IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | i really like the Cayman S, spec-wise.. but equiptment-wise, its not a very good value at all. anyone who is in the market for a late-NSX (97+), the Cayman S is about the same price, but brand new. and has almost the same specs, but more luxurious. theyre priced at $85k CDN. i dont think i could spend 85k on a car, that poorly equipped. it costs an addidtional 15k to add the options that i would say SHOULD be on an 85k car (nav, brakes, paint, wheels). and once Porsche has me in the $100k range, i feel i would rather have a bare-bones 911. i dont care that the little things are extra, but for the base price, youre basically buying the "im a porsche driver" image. just my 2 bits.
