He does now work for Fifth Gear, not too sure if he used to work for Top Gear. It does say though that the video did come from topgear.com so maybe he did.

but the bug eye's STi were only avaliable in Japan??
They only started putting STi in US market in 04 ?

They were available in Australia and i think in europe also.
