Saw the video on nasioc and the guys who built the car post there too. It may not be the fastest but its a true street car.

At one point I read that they were using parts from Ultimate-Racing's Stage 3 setup. Here is the stage 3 info from their site:

The BV car might not be using these parts anymore.
