Just like the car you raced isnt and sti, you cant do math, if you'll notice the closest gear ratio is 4th with a loss of .11 and actually youd be making a little bit more power, where as in third you would be overating your car, that was even noted by other users at this site in your original post asking about your dyno... , you dumb kike

This was my post, the guy is just retarded, he puts car lovers down to levels unknown until now.

That guy was a total tool. The thread has since been closed. The only guy with any sense seemed to be the guy posting about the power/weight ratios. He's right. A lot of STis do seem to dyno at around 225whp. That really surprises me though, because my STi feels just as fast as my Camaro acceleration-wise, and the Camaro's probably putting down about 280whp. On the highway, my STi pulls pretty freakin' hard once the turbo spools. I'm just running a Cobb AP Stage I and a K&N filter (which I doubt does much of anything).

I just find it hard to believe that STis are dynoing that low, considering their acceleration. I know AWD surely helps a launch, but being rated at around 0-60 in 5.0, it has to be making more than 225whp.

I'm at a loss. I'm totally dumbfounded......

Ive been seeing 240ish on stock STi's, I know my Stage II is 282whp. Im sure that just comes down to different dynos = different numbers.

I thought that to be the case as well, however I do hear of a lot of people claiming they only dynoed in the 225 whp range. If I recall correctly, Dynapacks are extremely conservative, even moreso than a Mustang dyno. I believe that Dynojet will read the highest.

It's a double-edged sword for me, really. While I'd like to have high numbers just for purposes of self gratification, at the same time I'd like to have accurate numbers as well. I guess if I dyno low on one type, and then dyno on another type, I'd be tickled to see the difference in the numbers......
