I don't see what the big deal is though...even if it was an STI. The guy didn't pull at all..and honestly how hard do you push it if they aren't reeling you in? I've tuffled with a few people on the street, and if I'm not getting reeled in I don't push it.

I don't like to drive like an *** on the street, but I also don't want to have a car load of highschoolers taunting at me. I probably would have done something similar...stay just out of range. It's always the same thing: if you destroy someone they say that they just wanted to see and STI go, and if you ever miss a shift or not push it, they'll say they worked an STI. Either way, I don't see any guys like this on any tracks anywhere doing anything impressive what so ever.

Even if this got got smoked by like 5 car lengths he would have said "OMGWTFPWNAGEBBQROXORZ!!!11!1 I PAID LIKE 12 GRAND LESS THAN THAT TOOL DID!" Congradulations, you almost kinda barely were driving on the same street as a car that might have been an STI.

i got really ****ing bored at work. the kid never said he beat the STi but being insistent that it was an STi is just silly. I own the friggin car i know what it looks like inside and out and they are arguing with me about it. From behinfd when all evidence is pointing to it not being an STi he convinces his buds that is is an STi, he just wanted it to be an STi so bad, im not sure why but whatever..... If i made an ignorant comment about their cavalier theyd be pissed too.

I ran into a Cobalt SS/SC at a stop light. He had his left hand on the top of the steering wheel like a "G", and he looked at me. I honestly thought he wasn't going to race, so when the green light hit, he I drove off normally. (About 5 MPH) I then heard his engine rev, (he had about half a car on me when he punched it) so I hit it also, dude it was not even comparable. I'm not a hater of any car (Well maybe I hate the ***** LOL) and I respect the CSS as a quick compact car, but I think comparing them is apples to oranges. PS I don't condone street racing..
