you want to know why people like this live in a neighborhood that have high ass crime rates and people do whatever they want in there? (aka "harlem") because cops and other people are tired of putting up with their sh*t and don't want to waste their money on stopping them or getting shot at for trying to intervien with those aholes. bunch of idots. complete and utter idiots that started this from the media.

Huh...I though it was pretty cool. If guys did **** like that here they would have their sheit impounded and would most likely spend the night in jail. But these are two totally different worlds.
