My mods:
intake, exhaust, bc, afc, 65 shot wet, CM stg 4, dss stg 3 axels, cold side pipe, bov, bop, agp fmic and MM inserts, thats it for perfomance mods. That is stock turbo, 91 oct pump gas, full street trim, 3/4 full gas tank and 15" DR's for traction.

STi mods:
not quite sure to be exact, I know he was spraying, and had a front mount.

On the video, the guy says I ran a 13.2 without spray, that is not 100% accurate, I ran a best of 14.08 at that same track, and I ran a 13.4 at a track about 1000 ft low in altitude. Those are my best times before this run at either track.

why people always compare their SRT-4 to STi?
if both cars racing on rally, i would be interested.

I think the SRT4 does rally race. Not in the WRC but I have seen either neons or srt4s on tv rallying with wrxs/stis.

oh, the old, lets take it to the twisties and my car will win excuse.

Obviously this race isnt comparing the two overall, just showing who is faster in the 1/4 mile in that particular race and the srt4 won.

Thank you. That is what I was about to say. I have never compared cars, I respect all cars, and never downgrade cars, except honda's , but anyways, all I was posting the video for was because I was looking for someone who is on these boards, and thought I would post it for your viewing pleasures.

Twisties vs straight is the dumbest excuse for a cars power IMHO. The way i look at it is the straights will determine who's car is faster and the curves will determine who is a better driver/better car setup.

I bought my car to go down a straight 1/4 mile strip, not to drive 80 in the curves. You bought your car for a certain reason as did I.

Didn't intend on starting a war, but damn some of ya'll have some excuses.

Obviously you were looking to start sh*t by posting on an STI forum that an STI got beat by and SRT-4. It was a good run congrats but don’t sit there and tell us that we make excuses on how our cars perform (the STI is one of THE best all around cars) and im not hating on the SRT-4 I have respect for the car and it is fast my friend owns one and I was impressed with its power.

well I dont think is comparing stock for stock. Its best to live buy you run what you brung. How often do people stay stock? You even say "Modified>Oem"
