Default AMS GT30r STI - Dyno Video, 493whp e85

**UPDATE 7/10**

AMSPerformance.com | Morrison Warren

VIDEO ADDED!

We recently finished a build for a customer including an AMS GT30r .82 A/R, built shortblock, and GSC s2 cams with an upgraded valvetrain to accompany. We also put together a complete e85 fueling system to handle the increased consumption of fuel.

What's really interesting is the power it made on 93 octane! It's definitely in line with many other GT35r cars as far as 93oct pump numbers go. The e85 dyno plot seems to show the limit of the GT30r as you can see power taper on the top end. I would LOVE to see this car with a GT35r in the future.

Spool on this set up is about 350rpm later than a previous tune with the .63 A/R housing and stock STI cams.

-Ty

Plots of the 0.63 AR 30R?

Any of the 3076 .63 AR on an 08 STI? (dual AVCS being the key diff)

I think that may be my next set-up.

The .63 AR has been posted on NASIOC in the past. If you search our username you should find an 05 STI with the .63. We are still currently working on the production 08+ kit. Doug from TopSpeed has a prototype kit on his 08 STI and has posted some dynoplots of his 35r kit. The exhaust AVCS makes a BIG difference in spool!
