| Professional STI Driver Feedback Score: 5 reviews | Uh...those are the Team Orange D1 drift cars. They actually compete in the D1 circuit, so the widebody kit is functional to accommodate wider wheels. The wings are also functional because of the speeds the cars reach (80-90mph drifts). The cars were also converted to RWD, Suby Sport magazine did a write up on this years ago. Where have you been for the last 5 years in motorsports. While it is not my taste, the M Sports widebody kit is one of the more tame kits for our car. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jan 2008 | Not the best performance with the multiple spinouts, but I dont mind the style of the cars. Not something I would want to see on the street, but they are purpose built track cars in a contest that is all about image and showiness. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2006 | ^^^That was at Subiefest in Oregon last year. It rained that day (that's why the track is wet). Imagine trying to do controlled drifts - with 2 cars mind you - on a soaked track. I remember reading the article in subie sport and one of the team orange drivers referred to the conditions as dangerous, and said he was scared after the first couple warm up laps. |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 | i think the driving was pretty impressive, especially for the track being wet. has the original poster of this thread never heard of D1? this is how they do up their cars; i don't mind it. |
