I does not look like they let him, if you watch the first part where you first see the tractor you can see a official trying to stop him. What a idiot!

OMFG that would be nuts to have been him. That driver handled that very well. It's one thing to know a track like the back of your hand, but to have something unexpected like that happen really shows how good he can drive.

I love the rally official starting to run after the tractor and just gives up after like 3 strides LOL. Nice vid, I would have finished the stage and KILLED that damn tractor driver grrrzzzzz!
