| STI Driver | Well, either the the suby drivers really sucked or the EVOs were just faster and/or had better drivers; get over it, there's always a faster car. Not sure if all of the subies were STIs, but it looked like most were. Only 2 of the subies ran 13s and they were high 13s, most of the subies were running close to 15s (my old swapped civic would rape some of these subies). I'm guessing it was a hot day. The EVOs really made the subies look bad considering they won every race even though every suby got a head start, pretty surprising. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2008 Trader Rating: (0) | was it all setup? maybe notice how not a single evo went in the left lane.. why? and how can one car get 14.5 and the other one 12.3 if they cross the line at the same time... with about equal launch... yeah right. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Looked like racing with dial-in's and a staggered start depending on an estimated ET. Anyone here ever competed in anything other than late night drags? My car used to run high 12's maxed out but I'd always dial in 13.00 because I could run within a 10th or so of it. Enough biatching and making excuses...subies got spanked. So who's going to own up to being one of the guys in this video? |

IWSTI Addict since: Mar 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Coming from someone who has ran consistant 1.7 60's and 13.0 passes on an OTS stage 2 map in 90 degree weather with 80% and up humidity.... there is no excuse for the times on those subies other than terrible drivers. It's sad to see when it's your fellow subie owners, but there are slow drivers within every car company. I for one am okay with seeing them run slow times because for every evo owner that sees this vid and thinks most STIs run bad times i'll be sure to surprise them when i destroy their false pretenses.
