Default WRX's vs. EVO IX

2007 WRX TR (Perrin down pipe, custom catback, AP stage 2 16psi, STi TMIC, Tien lowering spring's, 2 ppl in car + 12" sub's ect.)

2006 EVO IX (AMS downpipe, stock catback, reflashed ECU 22psi, HKS BOV, AMS Intake)

2005 WRX (Perrin downpipe, Perrin up pipe, adjusted fuel curve, K&N drop in fliter)

Pretty quick although it looks like the EVO might be blowing smoke out the tailpipe.

lol it might be but im pretty sure it was dust lol dont remember it was a lil while ago when i film'd it lol but track time's lined up that the 07 WRX was faster 13.8 to the EVO's 14.1 so those street race's were really based on who honked (07 wrx won when the 05 wrx honked instead of him or the evo)

After watching the vid again I think you're right about it being dust, a $#!^ load of dust, lol. Sometimes I forget that we will live in a friggin desert.

lol i didnt realize ur were from phx lol

well if the track's open tonight my friend in the TR wants to take is car up there and c wat he's putting down since he got differ rim's on yesterday so i'll get a vid up if we do go

Wow 14.1...

I ran a 12.8 WITHOUT launching with a 2.01 60" time. Yeah not as easy as it sounds. Didn't feel like I was experienced enough to be launching on a sticky track knowing how the Evo's clutches are.

and btw a lot of Evo's have black smoke coming from the exhaust when WOT because they run so rich, especially if its catless. Fun to do if someone is tailgating you.

yea if u go through the other's vid's i hav up on youtube u'll c his run's at firebird. and it was dust lol the wrx's had it coming behind them too lol but yea he was having mad prob's luanching and getting good r/t's and all his 60' were high 2sec's
