Illegal in this state.

Sorry to hear about that though M3-to-STI. I've got this one friend who has wrecked every single vehicle he has owned (4, including a motorcycle) and I've basically learned from all the stupid **** he's done with his cars.

Thanks, it is a really sad situation here in RIC. The entire enthusiast community here is pretty tight, and we are all hanging our heads low and feeling badly about the whole thing.

His wife and two children are alone now, and more than likely financially hurting. Collections have been taken up and hopefully they will help out.

Ok I release this hostage thread now.

/Threadjack.

Whoa there chompers, I was just trying to get some clarification. He could have been using nitrogen to cool something in the car...intercooler,fuel,aftercooler....hell, I carry nitrogen tanks around on a paintball field.

My heart goes out to his wife and kids.

No worries from me...I don't condone street racing either.
In fact my biggest concern in life right now is my wife and child. I was an avid motorcyclist and now I won't ride for fear of getting smeared all over the road by some clown driving while talking on his cellphone. I've been hit on my bike twice now by idiots who don't watch what they're doing. The last thing my wife and kid needs to hear from someone is, "your husband/daddy is dead because I wasn't paying attention while driving and I didn't see him."

On nasioc we would still be arguing and not acting like adults who can disagree and understand that it is OK to disagree with someone.

Now own a Z06 Corvette. 361 RWHP. Going to be a VIR beast.

Just because you owna fast car does not mean you have to race it on the streets.

Yes, ANY cars on the road is traffic. Civilians man, you think they expect you to be flying up on them at 100MPH or more? Maybe someone changes a lane BC they dont see you and that minivan full of kids going to a soccer game gets ripped in half by you or your boyfriend in the mustang.

Didnt happen, but it has in the past.

Streetracing is completely FTL. Had it been a totally deserted road middle of the night, well, who cares. However, 120 in a 55 zone with traffic is just stupid selfish childish ego play.

Flame on you crazy ricer.
doesnt matter if you street raced it one time or a hundred u still did it you hippocrate just leave him alone i sometimes ride with my gloves on its a better feal with the shifter and the wheel. so get off him not being mean or anything but we all have time to be crazy and irresponsible not that its right or anything. now as far as your friend i am sorry about that it shouldnt have happend.
