IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | It might not be much to all of you but I ran my first auto-cross. I did pretty good for my first time. My friend won first in Stock A with a 41.6 second run in his STI. I did okay on the main runs with a finishing time of 48.6. After the main run they let us do three "fun runs" and I did a lot better. My last timed fun run was 46.1 seconds. I had another run after that but it was an uncomfirmed 44 seconds. I say this because the timer broke on my last (and best coincidentally) run so I couldn't get a time. The vid is from my last run during the regular runs. I'm a little clumsy in this run because it was my first time. My friend took his camera back after this run or i would have had some great footage to offer. I started playing around with the differiential in the fun runs and switching the diff to the rear really helped to eliminate the understeer. I don't have proof but I had a sick power-over drift through the last sweeper on the course on my second to last run for a 46 second run. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.
