Default Apexcone HID Kits - Fog Light Upgrades

The manufacturer is Apexcone. While I emphasize using OEM components on certain projects, I have personally tested these and have found them very impressive. The 55watt kits use ballasts sized similar to normal Hella ballasts, and the 35 watt kits use very slim ballasts just like the newest Philips models but without the extremely high price point.

These kits would have a VERY good price point with a 100% lifetime warranty, no questions asked..you know that when your dealing with LightWerkz! Available in 35watt or even 55watt, it would be a nice way to get some extra light and looks out of your current setup.

Why choose Apexcone over Kaixen?

Lifetime Warranty vs. 1 year Warranty
Real 9007 Application for all the 02-03 Imprezas (High/Low Function)
35 Watt Setup features SLIM Ballast Design
And of course the price!

The kit would include bulbs, ballasts, and even a wiring harness and double sided tape to mount the ballasts.

Temperatures available are:
3000k,4500k,5000k,6000k, and 8000k.

These kits will ship within 3-5 days if your size is not in stock and a tracking number will be provided as soon as possible.

Features:
- Fully digital, draws less than 6 amps at startup
- Better night time visibility
- Computer controlled ballast with safety shutdown, polarity and overload protection
- Shock & waterproof design
- Amp waterproof connectors
- Operates in temperatures down to -40°C
- Off-road tested
- Lifetime warranty

Installation:
Our kits are designed to fit original stock headlamp sockets without modification, making installation a simple plug and play process. Often times installation can be done individually in a matter of minutes. But a professional installer is always recommended for performance and safety reasons.

Price is set at $200 Shipped for 35 watt kit and $240 Shipped for 55watt kits!

Impreza Sizes: '02-'03 Impreza = 9007 Hi/Low, '04-'05 Impreza = H1, and '06+ = H7

9007, H4, 9004 (HI/LOW) is an extra $$85 Meaning your '02-'03 Impreza kit will run $290 shipped. We can get any size for you, so please contact us should you need other applications. D2S/D2R Bulb size available for an extra $10/kit.

Email us directly at sales@lightwerkz.net to purchase a set. Thanks!

do the bulbs that are included twist right into the jdm fog housings or is there some rigging that would need to be done? What would be involved as far as the wiring is concerned and would I be able to just splice into my existing foglight harness and switch?

Yes I can get any application, meaning driving lights or fog lights, figured all you have HID driving lights so why not upgrade the fogs now!

Hey!
I emailed you a long time ago about trying to convert my 06 foglight housings to work with some hella HID foglights I have, but I never responded with detailed measurements. This sounds like it would be a lot easier!
How is the beam/pattern/light output, and focus with HID bulbs going in the stock housing. I'm only asking as I know you are a perfectionist, and the whole idea of s2000 projectors retrofits for the headlights are that they provide the most and best light...
Thanks for your efforts! Maybe I'll pick up a pair of these for my fog lights!
Which would you recommend for an 06 sti, the 35watt kit or 55watt kit?
Also, could you make a harness to make this plug and play with the factory foglight kit/switch???? That would be awesome!!!

Thanks,
James

Anyone have pics of HID fogs? I was also thinking about using a 55 watt kit for highbeams? would that be possible? I know you are not supposed to flick hid on and off because it damages the ballasts but these are so cheap it really dosent matter. If not I was thinking of 2 or 4 of these with the 55 watt kits. Also Some hella fog moduals instead of the stock fogs.
