Unless you want flow through ventillation courtesy of the remaining holes, yes.

pluggiing and filling the holes is not an easy thing to do on these trunks. To do it correctly you have to weld the holes shut but on such thin sheet metal it warps very easily. Its cheap to just get a new trunk. Unless you half ass it and fill the holes with bondo.

No paint options, you will have to take care of that yourself.

as for weight, i dont have an exact weight spec on the wing but it is smaller than the stock sti wing so im sure it weighs less.
