How exactly are these aligned? It looks like there's some sort of drilling required to poke through the reverse lockout? (that little peg on the front) Can you put up some installation pictures/instructions? Thanks.

Here's a link to the .pdf version of the installation manual. There is absolutely no drilling required, it takes about 5 minutes to install and align the shift knob!

Got mine in the other day in flat black and I love it. Has such a nice feel to it and the heavier weight is great.
