IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | I installed mine last night and just got it aligned. Will do the corner balance in the next couple weeks. The nylock nuts are my bane. They may not be so bad on camber plates but trying to lock them down on the stock tophats sucks! |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | Hey Rain, Just FYI, I don't know if you're going to use the stock tophats, Group-N, or camber plates but when I emailed TiC Tony said that he ended up using an impact wrench for those nylock nuts. He recommended an electric one cause it'd user lower torque. Just need to be careful not to break the tops off. He also recommended using rubber gloves to hold the shaft. If you use a strap wrench like the instructions recommend you'll probably find out it sucks. Last edited by chron; 05-23-2008 at 01:09 PM. |

| Junior STI Driver | HAha, yeah i had the same issues doing my Konis, but for whatever reason once they are loaded with the car on the ground they were easy enough to tighten down. Yeah im using TiC/Vorshlag plates from the GB im gonna be up tonight putting them together and getting ready to install um on Sunday, got a track day on June 1st so im really excited to see how they will compare to my koni/ yellows set up. |

| Junior STI Driver | +1 Getting my corner balance tomorrow. So different compared to the Koni/RCE setup, they really feel smooth, even smoother than stock. but they corner amazingly..brain cannot understand..but ignores and enjoys |

| Authorized Vendor | An update on the spacer. AST will be turning them this week and 2 daying them to me. I have asked for a more exact ETA as I need to get these out to you guys. |

| Authorized Vendor | If you are using the Vorshlag rear camber plates then the spacers will not work, but they are also not needed. Let me say that another way - the dampers, as you have them now, will work just fine with Vorshlag plates. As for other plates - that depends. Pics would be the best way for me to determine.
