Just a annoucement that www.pnpheads.com has joined iwsti as a vendor. We are working on offering port and polished sti heads. We have a set that we feel is ready to go and I'm looking for someone who is doing a engine build and would like to be the first victim

Some background on us: We have been port and polishing ford duratec heads for the last 5 years. Were the only one in the country that offered the level of service we did and never had one unsatisfied customer. Check out my web site and review some of the FAQ's, I will be updating the site and adding the Subaru information as soon as I can.

Some details on our products which will eb and flow with demand, wants, etc.

The set of heads I have ready are what were going to call the "street port" priced at a introductory price of $995 + the cost of the heads or exchange for yours. They include full porting of the intake, exhaust, AND chambers. The combination flows 276 cfm on the intake and 212 on the exhaust. We will be refining these numbers shortly and can provide graphs of flow at different lift points but we noticed a strange phenomenon on the Subaru heads, almost as soon as the valve is open its at max flow, both stock and ported. This is very strange but good! We also give a full 3 angle valve job included in this price. Of course the head is checked over and all guides, seals, etc are replaced. The entire head is hot cleaned and comes back to the lucky owners looking brand new.

Some options will be swirl polishing of valves, race porting, exhaust and intake port matching, and anything else you can dream up. Were very flexible and treat every set as a custom port. Were trying to offer a value priced PnP that will show great gains in HP/TQ/spool, etc.

Thanks for the kind wishes, I pride myself in customer service, I'll take it in the shorts before I ever screw a customer, just brought up that way guess. On to the good stuff if there is anyone doing a build up and would like to try these let me know, I'm not ready to tear into my personal one yet but I know many of you are so let me know! Going to be working on deleting the TGV's and offering the service very soon. They would be fully welded shut and ported to perfection. Intro price is $100 and will go up once we have the final costs in hand for the work. Anything else we can provide porting related let me know! Exh manifolds, intakes, etc. We can do it all! Thanks!

Welcome. With all the big-ass turbos being put on STI's I think head work (and cams) are going to be a must for many soon.

I have a set of bare STI TGV housings sitting here on my desk if you're looking for a "first victim" on those.

I think I may have already qualified for Jesse's first victim . But, who knows, maybe he is looking for a second victim . My TGVs are being shipping to him ASAP for the 'treatment'. He'll also be getting some OEM gaskets from me for making some templates .
